Our facility has two Finnigan MAT isotope ratio mass spectrometers (IRMS), Picarro L2130i cavity ringdown mass spectrometer, a Carlo Erba NA1500 Series II elemental analyzer, and a CO2/water equilibration system that are shared with EM-2 (SIBL). Visit SIBL

We are a lab and field based research group.

This setup is on board the RVIB N.B. Palmer measuring discrete TDIC and TA and is tied into the ship’s underway system measuring TA, pH, T, S, DO, pCO2 via a ProOceanus unit in parallel with the permanently installed LDEO pCO2 equilibration system.
